Dr.M.Duraiselvam
Dr.M.Duraiselvam, the founder Director of Inventglo Technology Solutions (P) Ltd. is a Professor of Department of Production Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli since 1999. He has expertise in laser materials processing, micro-machining and digital manufacturing. Being a DAAD fellow and doctorate from Germany, he strongly motivated in developing innovative engineering solutions in multiple verticals. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation. His vision is to make Inventglo as a leading brand for product design and engineering solutions through the combined efforts of Industrialists, Faculty members and Students. The strong R&D base of NIT, Trichy is the backbone of Inventglo which has access to sophisticated Labs and Advanced Centres of Excellence.

Dr.Ramesh Raju
Dr. Ramesh Raju, the Director of Inventglo Technology Solutions (P) Ltd. is an expert in laser machining and additive manufacturing concepts. He made significant contribution in advanced laser based metal deposition for refurbishment of worn out gas turbine blades and helped to develop safer ways for repair of such blades for aerospace applications. He started his career as a Design Engineer with the GB Industries for Boiler pressure parts design in Tiruchirappalli in 2003. There he designed pressure parts for low pressure boiler plants. He then served as Software engineer for Cognizant Technology Solutions, India and Germany until 2010. He came to India in 2010 and completed his Ph.D at National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He served as faculty in JJ College of Engineering and Technology, Tiruchirappalli, TN MITS, Madanapalle, AP and in SREC, Nandyal, AP before assuming his current position in 2021.
